As organisers, we may select participants according to certain criteria. Registration is therefore not on a first-come-first-served basis.

We will notify you approx. 2 weeks after receiving your registration.

If you receive a marathon ticket, you will receive an email asking you to pay the participation fee.

Please note that your registration is only binding once payment has been received. You have 3 weeks to do this after you have received the confirmation.

2. Marathon fee

A ticket costs 150 €. This includes participation in all milongas of the marathon. Also included are all snacks and drinks for this period. Unlimited water, coffee and tea are available, but there will also be a large selection of soft drinks, beer and wine.

Important: The entrance fee for the premilonga and afterparty are not included. We will announce these in good time.

Also important: We do not offer full meals, but a careful selection of savory and sweet snacks for the entire period.

3. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible until March 1, 2024 with a processing fee of 20 €.

Cancellation after this date is only possible (with a processing fee of 20 €) if a replacement person can be found by us. Be advised that this may not be possible within the last week before the event.

A ticket transfer to another person is not possible.

We reserve the right to decide on the allocation of tickets.

We also reserve the right to cancel the marathon due to an insufficient number of participants or if the measures do not allow the marathon to take place in the usual manner (mask obligation). If the marathon has to be cancelled, the full participation fee will be refunded.
